Visited during October half term as was unfortunately unable to during the six weeks holiday. Great value for a lovely clean caravan, had plenty of space for my four year old to play during the evenings. It was really easy to get in touch with the owners regarding our stay. It took us a little to find the caravan but the site was lovely and had parking close by. Not too far from the beach but a little walk to go into the town. We thoroughly enjoyed it

It was a private rental caravan which was immaculate. The site is clean & well kept, grass is kept cut unfortunately at 8am! 😉. Only went in the onsite bar once, only a couple of other people in so they closed at 10pm, football on the TV with no one watching it. We went elsewhere the rest of the week. Great location for town & the fantastic beach. Will definitely be there again
Nearby activities: Mablethorpe is a small place but there are amusements, shops, bars & plenty of places to eat. Blue flag beaches. Tow Bar on Holivans is a great place quiz night, karaoke, bingo etc. Fabulous staff in there
Food & drinks: Saltys for the best fish & chips. The Louth for a beer. Tow Bar on Holivans is a great bar, excellent beer at a great price.

Brilliant stay in a first class caravan 'Seaside Sleeps'. Extremely helpful, friendly owners who have thought of everything.
Rooms: Main bedroom had en-suite. All rooms spacious and modern.
Nearby activities: Restuarant and bar. Entertainment certain nights.
Walkability: Walkable to the beach but quite a lot of steps to climb. There is a 'landtrain' that runs regularly daily that takes you straight to the beach/town.
Noteworthy details: Dog friendly site.

Nice chalet park. Not to busy or noisy not lots of kids running around. Not had to use the site services so I can't complain x

Nice and clean. Big caravan and chalet park with plenty of parking. Unfortunately our neighbours were rather noisy but thankfully once the evening arrived they went inside so it was quieter. So near to the beach which was super.

Went at the end of March and was reasonably quiet. Perfect location and a very short walk from the dog friendly sandy beach. The only thing to slightly let it down is the lack of an on-site shop, although a convenience store is only a short walk away.
