Absolutely lovely holiday home! Very clean, plenty of space and so close to the beach, paddling pool, play ground and green spaces. Ideal for families. The kids loved it and we were able to relax. Beautiful little gardens to play in - really great place throughly reccomend!

Had family holiday at La Falda. Very convenient for dog friendly part of beautiful sandy beach. Clean accommodation extremely well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of lovely hot water. Good WiFi speed. Outside tap to wash sand off dog and little people. Children's playgrounds in very close vicinity as are several shops. Butcher, baker, Co-Op. Fish and chips from Waldo's and dinner at the Bacchus Hotel added to enjoyment. Next visit to Sutton on Sea will definitely rebook at La Falda. Thank you Sarah and Chris

Fantastic location, really lovely cottage. Very spacious, clean and comfy living room. Beds are realy comfortable. Will definitely come back. We are still here for the week, nice and relaxed.

La Falda is one of the best holiday places we have stayed in - beautifully presented and spotless. The 3 rooms are good sizes and the beds are comfortable. Everything has been covered; towels for dogs and a well equipped kitchen. Off road parking and a stones throw from the beach! Thank you Sarah and Chris.

La Falda is a very well maintained bungalow sitting in Sutton on sea on the Lincolnshire coast. Sarah and Chris the owners are very hands on keeping you informed throughout every stage of your booking through to your stay. The bungalow itself is very well kept and nicely presented with 3x good size bedrooms with the master having an en-suite. Good size family bathroom with very large walk in shower. The kitchen is well equipped and a large lounge diner leading to a good outsize space securely fenced for your four legged family members and attached garage which can be accessed from the sun lounge. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation recommending La Falda to anyone who wants to be 100 yards from the sea front and all the Lincolnshire coast has to offer. We ate at the Stables restaurant which is 10 minutes from Mabelthorpe 5x times and cannot recommended the quality and service high enough.

We have stayed at La Falda two years running as it is an excellent holiday home in a perfect location, close to the beach and local facilities. It is very clean, spacious & welcoming. Sarah is a great host and is always on hand to answer any questions. Would recommend

This was the cleanest holiday rental I have used it was very well presented and had everything you could need during the holiday. Across the road from the beach and only a short drive to others and entertainment the only slight drawback is no garden to the rear only a pretty patio.

Wonderful holiday at La Falda, sutton on sea. Amazing accommodation which has felt like home from home. We have been for lovely long walks along the sea front and then been able to come back to the holiday home for a warm. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Couldn't fault it.
