went in here for the first time on a day trip from nottingham lots of items overpriced brought a few things anyway when we got back home the cherry tomatoes which was in a plastic container was all mouldy and furry underneath 2pounds 29 down the drain won.t be going back there please be aware check what you buy from here i did.nt lesson learnt

Amazing place... I always swing by when visiting and stock up on long life foods, can't beat the prices and I love the nostalgia as it reminds me if shopping with my grandparents in the old markets in the 80s

Old fashioned ware house lots of surprises. Bread batches teacakes and many more.takes me well back in time was my mums favourite. Highly recommended lovely staff.good people

Don’t go here expecting a big glitzy store with fancy fittings and bright lights. Do go here if you want to hunt the odd bargain, grab pet feed in bulk, grab local cakes and generally peruse like the days of old. Kinda like the old fashion grocers and hardware shop you used to find on the corner in most villages and towns.......but bigger.......way bigger. The sort of place where what you see is what you get. I gave this five stars because it is not pretentious and what you see is what you get.

I love Lord brothers, prices are reasonable and there's a great selection of food and drink. There's an electrical section too. They're honest with signage about best before dates too. The best is the local produce they sell, seasonal, good value and great quality too
