Booked a holiday for next year. On screen price £416 paid the deposit to then find price had increased. Challenged about this to be told new total correct and will need paying by end of January to secure that price. Nowhere online does it state this. False advertisement at its best!

We’ve visited Grange Leisure Park three times now and have always really enjoyed our stays – the grounds are fantastic and so well kept. We only visit Mablethorpe because it’s such a wonderfully dog-friendly place, and our two dogs always come away with us. While it’s great that the restaurant (Badger’s Barn) is dog friendly, unfortunately the arcade isn’t. This really limits what we can do onsite, as we would never leave our dogs alone in the lodge. It would be brilliant if an area of the arcade could be made dog friendly – it would make the park even more welcoming for families like ours.

We have been coming to coastfields for 5 years now. We love the place mostly due to the small scale site which allows us to spend quality time with our children, enjoying walks, the local town, arcades, kids entertainment, water park. We find it has everything we need. A shop, small cafe, restaurant, we LOVE the children’s entertainment and the clubs on offer. Slime making, Teddy making etc. we try for it all in. You only get one childhood.
we used to book with private holiday lets but have chosen to go with coastfields the last two years due to it becoming a bit of an issue with places having a significant amount of clutter (aka ornaments 🧐). Which was taking me a good 40 mins to place back in place on check out day (or lose deposit ) also kids play I don’t want them breaking things or having to put things in storage to get back out on check out day, while trying to keep a gang of kids out the way and safe. We enquired at coastfields who don’t have this feature or condition and I will never book private again. Also coastfield has much better prices for the same spec lodge I was always paying a good £500 more each year. (Assuming that’s the clutter tax?). I do advise booking with CF direct if you have kids and don’t want the potential health and safety issues of tables being laid like silver service and stuff all over. It isn’t safe firstly and secondly it’s not good having so many breakables about and I’ve learned private let’s say family friendly but fail to see reality.. (I take 5 children away with me for perspective).
Our lodge was beautiful, clean and everything our family needed. Our hot tub was checked daily.
Staff are always amazing. Reception staff lovey, so helpful and friendly. Kids entertainment last year was slightly not up to the standard we are used to here but again I think cosstfields must of listened and this year the entertainment staff have been amazing..They really do make kids holidays!
We will likely always visit this place every August, same week because it is always a lovely memeory making experience.
Thank you coastfields for another lovely week. See you next year ❤️❤️

We’ve visited twice. It’s a great place for kids - the park has an aqua park, amusement’s and a show bar. There is onsite golf and fishing. There is a Spar shop, cafe, and onsite pub.
The caravans are hit and miss. The first visit was good. Our most recent visit the caravan heavily smelled of dog. There was pet hair everywhere on the floors and sofas. Even the kitchen towels smelled like dog.
The beds were ok, we struggled to get a good nights sleep. It was only a thin spring mattress.
There isn’t a lot in the kitchens - so if you want to cook you need to bring some basic items.
I’m not sure if we will come back unless we can guarantee we will get a lodge that hasn’t been used with pets.
Internet on-site has to be paid for. We struggled with 4g - usually 3G or E.

Wouldn’t even bother wasting your time to click the website. Management is an absolute wet fish. Passes all issues onto his minions. No member of staff have any basic manners, except one older gentleman in the arcades. Myself and another guest were complaining about the stench of weed coming from caravans and management didn’t care at all. Avoid at all cost, place is full of gangs of adults that smoke, get drunk and shout after hours. Management couldn’t care less, the manager himself is about 15 years old and lacks any basic training.

Lovely site and has great facilities but unfortunately entertainment closed at 10pm even though on arrival Saturday reception gave us a weekly schedule of entertainment which should have been on until 11:30pm every day we were here and it also stated this on their website, but due to technical issues and staffing issues they could not carry out this schedule and failed to inform us of this. Quite disappointing when we planned our day and evening on the entertainment. We could have been told on arrival and made other plans for out evening. I would understand if it was out of season but its July. The entertainment bar was also closed and had to go into the restaurant area for drinks, which was quite inconvenient. Unless you come when kids are off school which you have no hope of getting seated as entertainment area quite small you might aswell go elsewhere

Genuinely one of the best mini breaks I’ve ever had. Everyone super friendly and we have had a wonderful time.
We did unfortunately have one evening where we had some problems with a neighbouring canper, The staff however (in particular the two security guys) were brilliant!!! Came and moved our pitch and checked on us all through the night.
One of the downsides is the duck/geese poo literally all over our pitches.
Special shoutout also to Terry in the onsite arcade, I seemed to have issues with my every move and he was always available to resolve. Lovely chap, really friendly and helpful.
The arcade NEEDS air con though- literally unbearable when the sun is blaring and of
Course children want to spend lots of time in there.
Would 💯 return- well done all staff!!

Review for Grange Leisure Park at Mablethorpe. We’ve just bought a static caravan directly from Coastfields. It was on another site so it was moved for us to the Grange. Tris (sales) was so helpful all the way through. He kept us fully informed throughout and sent pics etc. He even managed to get it set up so we could get a few nights in it before the end of the season. I can’t say enough about the service we have received. We’re very happy!!!

Bought our 1sr caravan, got the keys on the 16.10.21. We looked at a few different sites but this was by far the best one. Tris did an amazing job at selling the site and amenities and he has helped tremendously at getting us in. Looking forward to spending many a happy day there.
