Lovely doctors, but sure is a shame you never get to see them, you have a higher chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment here. The only good thing about this place used to be the dentist's but that's gone now too. Here's one of many examples I could choose from: I went for a rash on my face and they gave me some anti-fungal cream to deal with the infection causing it, and they told me to come back in 3 weeks if it wasn't gone. Here I am over a year later still unable to get a follow-up appointment and now they're cancelling the prescription for the only thing keeping it in check. Absolutely appalling. Good luck getting an appointment here. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

We’ve had a few appointments with doctors and nurses there, with myself and my children. Always great service.

Attended an appointment with Dr Grace this morning and received a fantastic service. She was informative, empathetic and very approachable. Dr Grace was extremely understanding of a personal issue and i will definitely see her again.

I actually cannot believe the level to which the staff couldn’t care less about an elderly patient being ill or unable to get to them to get an appointment, no online booking service available even though clearly states there is on the website. You can book an appointment but if you actually need to be seen sooner than in two to three weeks it’s urgent care or nothing, regardless of the fact that you are in pain, need to be seen by a gp or just need a drs surgery that actually cares for the people they supposedly treat. I’m completely disgusted by the attitude of the staff on the phone, I’m also surprised I even got through in the first place. Needs serious overhauling. This is not acceptable

Dr Grace and Christopher Etherington were first class, thorough, wonderful bedside manor and pro active approach. well done and thank you, my wife is eternally grateful. Your prompt actions have led to a fast track diagnosis and hopefully a cure.

I have visited the doctor today about an issue with my legs. I saw a female practitioner who was fantastic. I was treated with great respect and care. I came away happy and with some medication. I will return in 2 weeks for assessment. First class service from Marisco.

I can honestly say through my recent experience that there has been lots of positive changes in the last few months. Calls are answered quicker, staff are more friendly and helpful, appointments whether urgent or routine have become more available and my two recent hospital referrals were absolutely brilliant. Given the pressures on GP practices and the sometimes disrespectful patients, I think Marisco have turned a corner and are trying hard to deliver a better service for us all!!

I saw Dawn Lowe today who was brilliant. I was listened to, thoroughly examined and referred to the appropriate specialist. Dawn treated me with empathy and understanding. I’ve recently moved here from Essex and feel privileged to have joined such a good surgery. Believe me, not all surgeries are the came! Thank you for your care.

Absolutely shocking 'service'. Greeted by obnoxious receptionists. Irrespective of the 111 service telling me that my GP (whoever that is) should see my TWO year old child that has had a reaction to medication he was prescribed the day previously there are no appointments available. It is rare that myself and my family use the NHS service so remind me why we work our arses off to pay our tax and national insurance to fund such things as a health care system that is neither use nor ornament! But line up for your jabs, they seem to be able to service them...wonder what the incentive is there £££!

Yesterday I rang an appointment for an on-going problem which whilst not serious did require medical intervention. I was offered a video call at 7.00am today. The Doctor as great, polite, prompt and he prescribed antibiotics which will be ready at the chemist this morning. I did not take a face to face appointment from someone who needed it. Great service, thank you.
