Surely I have a right of reply to Mr Williams' comments: First: It was never stated that you installed the system or that it was your "5 year Workmanship Warranty" (I think you mean guarantee and not warranty) I was referring to. The warranty refers to the 25 year product warranty offered by the manufacturer, i.e. the micro-inverter should be working but it isn't. This begs the rhetorical question, if you had installed my system would you still be too busy to replace the micro-inverter - I don't think so. Second: Your version of the conversation is incorrect. As I said in my review, you said you were busy for the next five or six weeks, I said I could wait, you said you would call me back (there was no mention of another installer or your refusal to carry out the work). If your version of events in May were correct, why on earth would I be calling you in August ? Third: I liken your apology to ones from an ex-Prime Minister, a police Chief Constable or a British Rail announcer - insincere, insufficient and insulting. If you had really meant to apologise you would have called me personally. Fourth: 'Moving office' is a feeble excuse to use; I managed to talk to your office on the telephone twice in early August plus I left voice mail messages when nobody answered the phone and still you decided to ignore me. Fifth: Your "usual customer service", if you look at all of your reviews, is woeful; nearly half (46%) are complaints, two thirds of which are about refusing to contact potential customers. I called three times at the end of May before I got a call back. I spoke to Chris about replacing a micro inverter (under warranty) on one of my panels. He said he was busy for the next five or six weeks but would call me back. It was a shame as the house was fully scaffolded at the time. As I had heard nothing for more than ten weeks I called the office at the beginning of August and received a call back later that afternoon. I was promised Chris would call me the next day - which he didn't; allowing a few days grace I called back where the lady in the office apologised and promised that either she or Chris would call me back by the following morning, needless to say neither did. I gave it one more go four days later and although I left a voice mail message, my call still hasn't been returned.

Great Service, installing solar panels 5*****

Contacted by phone last Monday and Chris said he would take a look at our immersun panel this week, which he installed for the previous house owners. However despite many phone calls since then and text messages, Chris has failed to make an appt or come back to us at all. Waste of 10 days without solar hot water when another engineer could have been called and completed the job quicker! So one star for zero customer service!

Brilliant service from start to finish!!!!! Chris fitted our solar panels on our bungalow. All mess was cleared up and packaging taken away. I can not recommend this professional company highly enough. All the guys that worked on our property were polite, friendly and punctual. Thank you for a great job. Debbie and Ion Hamilton.

Put simply, Chris has supplied and sold products that he does not know how to install properly and the aftercare to his customers is shocking. If any potential customer is to read this, do yourself a favour and find another installer....

Chris fitted solar panels on our property him and his son and workmen,we cannot rate them high enough brilliant work,polite, courteous I wish every tradesperson that has been to our house were like them, excellent recommend them all day.

Excellent service from start to finish by Chris who did the survey and quote to the excellent fitters Tom and his mate Arthur. Friendly courteous and very clean and tidy job, highly recommend.

After several promises to return my calls he did not so I would recommend giving this bloke a wide berth and get someone else to do the electrical work. Maybe he only wants big jobs as mine was only a small project.

Excellent service. Did the re-wire for the fitment of a new Electric range cooker and then installed the range. Took all packaging with them and cleaned areas where they had worked. Highly recommended.
